Abstract: This research delves into the synergy of job crafting, AI integration, and global diversity in bolstering doctors' job embeddedness via meaningful work. Surveying 487 doctors, the findings reveal that through proactive task, relational, and cognitive crafting, doctors can shape their roles, deriving meaningful work experiences. This not only amplifies job satisfaction, engagement, and commitment but also fortifies healthcare teams and elevates patient care. The study underscores the role of AI and global diversity in ensuring doctors' sustained dedication to their roles.
