This critical incident describes issues leading up to the removal of Sistahs on the Reading Edge Book Club members from the Napa Valley Wine Train on August 2015. It is intended primarily for a real-life instructional approach to coursework in organizational behavior or conflict management. However, the challenges presented by the incident also lend themselves to instructional course segments involving questions of leadership, diversity and inclusion and business communication.
